FAQ's

What's the first step?

1) Fill out the simple form on our contact page, which includes your name and contact information and the type of medical treatment you are interested in. If you have test results and a medical file, please send it to us electronically (by email).

2) We will contact you to fill in any additional information that is needed.

3) We will submit your file to a team of medical professionals to get their professional input.

4) Based on their evaluation, we will provide you with a detailed outline of what is required, time frame, costs involved, and the step-by-step program that you will need to follow (we may need more test results, or we may have to set up tests for you in Israel.)

What if I don't have access to my medical file, can I still send in the form?

We understand that sometimes this can be complicated, so if you don't have access to your medical file, we ask that you send us, in your own words, and in your native language, your understanding of your medical situation. We'll handle it from there. In some instances, we're able to put you in direct contact with hospital/medical staff.

How do you choose a medical team?

Based on our experience, we submit your confidential medical file to a number of medical personnel in one or more medical centers who possess the expertise you are seeking. We then work together with you in helping you decide which medical team offers you the best options. All evaluations, procedures and treatments are carried out by highly trained medical staff, using state-of-the-art technology and equipment. Our goal is to match your needs with the best Israel (link to Why Israel) has to offer in terms of high quality medical care.

How much does this cost?

That's a difficult question to answer, because the cost is based on the specific medical treatment required, plus the cost of your accommodations, any additional amenities you need including your desire to extend your stay for touring (link to ancillary services) and/or vacation purposes.

Once we know what your needs and requirements are, we will provide you with a detailed cost package. We are sure you don't like surprises, nor do we, so we try to provide you with everything you need to know right upfront.

When do I have to pay?

Since we are required to pay in advance for the medical services, we ask that deposit your full payment in our bank account (bank transfers are accepted) prior to your arrival in Israel. Upon payment, you become a number one priority at the specified medical center.

What about accommodations for my traveling party?

Many of Israel's hospitals offer on or near-campus accommodations. If this is too costly for you and your traveling party, we are happy to assist in finding more economical alternatives (such as short-term rental apartments). It all depends on your needs and your budget.

Do I need a VISA?

Some countries require a VISA. We can help you obtain one. Thanks to our close contacts at Israel's Ministry of Interior we can often expedite this process and have the VISA sent directly to your embassy.

How long does this whole process take?

We acknowledge receipt of your completed contact form within 48 hours. From the time we receive your medical file (or have conducted a conversation with a medical professional in Israel), and your passport information, you will have a definite answer as to the medical procedure you need within 10 working days. For emergency medical care, we are able to expedite everything within 3-4 hours -- including VISA, air ambulance (link to Emergency Care) flight arrangements, and direct transportation to the medical center for immediate treatment.

Am I on my own after the surgery or medical procedure?

Absolutely not. We're with you every step along the way. You can count on our professional team to be on hand whenever you need us to interface with the medical team, hospital staff, and to then assist you with your recuperation/rehabilitation program. You are the focal point of our attention and we offer you VIP Services from the time you land in Israel to the time you return home.

What about insurance?

Some patients arrive in Israel carrying their own insurance plans. For those of you who do not, we can arrange for you to purchase private insurance here for the patient and all those in the traveling party. Costs will vary, but on the average will run between $2-$2.50 per day. We are happy to give you an estimate prior to your arrival.
